FAQ
When should I place my order?
We recommend checking out with your subscription for a Newborn Cloth Diaper Rental as soon as you know that you are interested. Some due date windows will sell out, so availability is based on first come first serve basis!
We recommend scheduling for 1-2 weeks before your due date, so that you can be ready as soon as your baby is born. If your baby is already born and you want to try newborn cloth right away, simply mention that in the "note" field at checkout and we will ship them immediately (if available).
What are the terms of the Refundable Deposit?
The refund of your security deposit can be given to you at 100% of it's value in store credit for use during one visit or online purchase or returned to you via PayPal or to your credit card, minus a 15% processing fee.
The deposit is refunded to you once we receive the returned diapers in normal used condition (no broken snaps, tears, unusual marks, etc). If your rental is returned late, we will prorate the extra time used, and apply the charge to your security deposit.
What kind of diapers are included? How many?
You'll receive a great sampling of cloth diapering options- all brands that we carry at Crunch. Each rental package includes enough cloth diapers for 24 diaper changes, which lasts for 2.5 days. Most cloth diaperers consider this a working supply of diapers and will wash 3 times per week.
Is shipping available?
Yes, for an additional fee we are happy to ship!
At checkout, non-locals should select the Diaper Service shipping option. Local customers ONLY should select "Free In Store Pick Up". Don't worry, for non-local customers, we'll include postage paid return packaging for you to ship the diapers back to us! Locals will be picking up and returning the diapers in store to cut down on shipping costs and carbon footprint.
Please note that the cost of the diaper rental and security deposit do not count towards the free shipping minimum purchase.
